This is a South American cuisine restaurant in Rome. My starter of cod was fine and the main course of black bass(fish of the day) was excellent. Rather high end dining room with tables well spaced. Main drawback is the loud unpleasant music ,purportedly from Latin America ,that intrudes and is uncalled for.

We had dinner in this beautiful place full of lights and sofas and soft environments and colors and we were a large group of people. Absolutely positive experience, but to fully enjoy the exquisite dishes offered I would have preferred to be with two or at most four people because this restaurant certainly deserves dedicated attention to its menu and wine list.

Short: Amazing! Long: we arrived early accidentally. The owner opened up early for us. The atmosphere is gorgeous. The service was extremely nice. The wine was good, the food exquisite. The appetisers were delicious, the deserts on point. Prices are reasonable. If I lived in Rome, I'd come here regularly.

L’esperienza culinaria da Reserva è unica nel suo genere. La loro “cucina trasversale” è estremamente innovativa e consente a tutti di gustare ottimi piatti sudamericani, anche a palati meno abituati a questi sapori molto caratteristici. La scelta dei vini è notevole ed i cocktail sono ottimi, anch’essi non scontati e con sapori molto particolari che uniti ai prelibati piatti proposti accompagnano il commensale in un fantastico viaggio gustativo. Se mi chiedessero il mio piatto preferito risponderei di sicuro le costine di maiale cotte a bassa temperatura, si sciolgono in bocca, una squisitezza! Notevole anche i churros con dulce de leche, prendeteli accompagnati dal cocktail Argentina anche se siete già sazi, sono ottimi da condividere a centro tavola. Ed a proposito di condivisione questo tipo di cucina si presta benissimo all’ordinare tanti assaggi centrali piuttosto che un piatto ciascuno; a tal riguardo ringrazio l’amico Alessandro che per la seconda volta ci ha fatto fare un viaggio fantastico con la sua proposta di assaggi. Lo consiglio senza dubbio, a questo locale manca solo la prima Stella Michelin (per cominciare).
