Over and over I have returned to this Vietnamese restaurant in the Furio Camillo neighborhood of Rome. Welcoming atmosphere, very high quality dishes always accompanied by a comprehensive explanation on how to best enjoy the dishes, and on the traditions of Vietnamese cuisine. Care and passion provide a beautiful experience of discovering exotic and distant, but delicious flavours.

Excellent dinner, thanks to Mr. Pino who led us on this experience, explaining each dish, how it is made, where it comes from, the tradition and how to eat it, we had a great time and will be back. Special mention to the cook, wife of Mr. Pino, very good, her dishes were exquisite.

Certainly greater refinement of the offerings compared to the classic menus of the "oriental" restaurants in the square, even if the mixing of some ingredients such as Nutella with exotic dishes is surprising. Too bad the sea bass bones in the soup. I suggest highlighting on the menu that the fried fettuccine are cut outs of dragon clouds and using the smaller, more tender leaves of romaine lettuce, in which to wrap the rolls, rather than the leathery ones with the hard edge which makes the rolling more difficult. Good Thai beer.

Siamo stati ieri sera, una compagnia di 9 amici con figli, per festeggiare il Capodanno. Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante intimo con piatti molto buoni e gustosi, cucinati con perizia ed amore, serviti con gentilezza spiegando nel dettaglio come consumarli secondo la tradizione vietnamita usando le deliziose salse di accompagnamento. Servizio veloce e cortese. Il proprietario ci ha anche spiegato alcuni dettagli della nobile cultura gastronomica vietnamita. Abbiamo trascorso un Capodanno tranquillo e brindato con altri ospiti, il proprietario, la chef e il personale del locale in un clima accogliente e familiare. Torneremo sicuramente
