Rialto Lobby Bar and Lounge In Venezia

One of the best hotel which we ever stay. We stayed in stylish rooms and suites in a fully restored flour mill on the shores of picturesque Giudecca Island. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the town's historic center from the highest rooftop bar in the city, The breakfast served was one the best breakfast buffet we every had, with a lot variety of food. Secondly, their service is good and staff is very friendly.

panoramic and wonderful position but very few windows have a view of Venice. The rooms are definitely well equipped with elegance and class, I was surprised to see a large cobweb on the ceiling and in one of the service bathrooms on the entrance floor. I must say the cuisine and service disappointed me: impossible to drink a good coffee, the menu at the bar at the entrance did not offer any local dishes (Venetian cuisine has unique characteristics), the service was almost always poor with young and unprepared staff .

Nicole is the best! I wish the check in process was quicker, after traveling for so long a quick check in would have been great. Other than that, no complaints. Complimentary dolce and champagne made my special trip even more memorable. Will 100% stay again.

We were treated like royalty, welcomed on arrival and we were given so much information on places to visit. The shuttle bus to San Marco was a great service they provided. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and on Sunday at breakfast we were serenaded by the singing waiter Mario, he was fabulous and had a voice of an angel. The staff surprised us with a Happy Birthday song too and Bellini in our room with a personal birthday card. So thoughtful and we were made to feel special. Beautiful property..a little bit further from the main island but worth the stay!

A fine example of what a great Hilton is with a great building, wonderful staff and immaculate rooms. We took an upgrade to an executive room which was great as you get breakfast (which is worth it) and access to the exec area where you can get complimentary drinks and snacks. It is off the main island but the boat runs regularly. It may have small conference facilities but it is far from a conference/business hotel which many claim it to be (probably those who haven't stayed!)

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for a few nights and it was a wow. The rooms are beautiful with a lot of space. They provide everything from shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, to lotion and hand dispenser soap (which you never see) as well as other hygiene products which is over and beyond for a hotel. The location is a prime location where you overlook all of the side of Venice. The Skybar is also a wow wow. The view is one of a kind. Yes the drinks cost as expected with this type of hotel and view. The hotel is huge and immaculate. They have everything you can think of. The shuttle is so nice to hop on right outside of the hotel entrance and take you to several different locations in Venice. It is 15 euros which is way less than a water taxi that charges 90 euros one way. There is also various restaurants and bars along the same side of the hotel on the island. The service is great as well. Marco at the front desk was amazing with our stay and helping with various transportation options back to the train station from the hotel so that we weren’t paying an astronomical rate to go one way. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Venice! It exceeded all of our expectation and is a perfect honeymoon spot, 5/5 star rating!

Built in an old mill. The building is impressive and has great views of Venice from the rooftop. Attention is great, and the concierge can find you excellent restaurants. The only downside is the transportation handicap. Only accessible by water. They have a shuttle to the other side of the canal that runs around the hour, but you are going to wait

Great location, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is amazing, a lot of different options and it's free for Diamond members.
