Rifugio Serot Restaurant In Roncegno terme

Despite a somewhat turbulent start to the holiday (problems finding the refuge due to an "argument" with the navigator and some misunderstandings with the Serot staff), everything went well, or rather, perfectly! Beautiful refuge, reachable by car, dogs allowed, kind guys, delicious cuisine and fantastic landscapes!

Beautiful place, super also the service and the staff... I always go back willingly... very good dumplings... excellent rustegot... beers in 50 cl unfiltered bottles and really good weizen...

I would like to thank you for the half board treatment offered to my family last weekend. The structure is managed by a group of young people who, in my opinion, welcome guests properly (they help if asked, respect the guest by remaining detached). Very good food (half board service is recommended). The 5-seater room was of adequate size and the independent bathroom very large. Clean and recently renovated environment. The only flaw: the pillows were not very comfortable. Truly superb quality/price ratio. Congratulations to all the staff!!!

Wonderful from the place to the structure to the food and the kindness of everyone, absolutely a place to spend wonderful moments.

We had an amazing experience at Rifugio Serot! The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The wooden interior, complete with a warm fireplace and cute wood design, added to the cozy ambiance. The rooms were comfortable, with solid mattresses ensuring a good night's sleep. Basic yet functional shower and toilet facilities provided hot water, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. The highlight was the honest, home-cooked food. The apple risotto was a delightful surprise, and the bread dumpling (Knödel) had a perfect texture. The tender deer Gulasch, paired with smooth whole grain polenta and a savory mix of wild mushrooms and melted cheese, was delicious. The dessert – a soft, warm brioche bun filled with silky lemon cream and homemade blueberry jam – was a delightful conclusion. Sadly, the food for the New Year’s Eve was not as outstanding, likely due to the large crowd (approximately 150 people). The ravioli of bresaola with a ricotta filling and caramelized onions was the only dish that stood out. The DJ provided a fantastic mix of genres, keeping the atmosphere lively until 3 am. As it had snowed overnight, we were able to do a wonderful hike through knee deep snow, starting for the Rifugio. The staff were helpful in planning our hike. Overall, a wonderful retreat with warm hospitality and delicious cuisine, making it a memorable stay.

Bella location, personale gentilissimo, mangiare ottimo, vivamente consigliato!

Un posto caratteristico per via della posizione in alta montagna, anche se un po difficile da raggiungere. Bei panorami e possibilità di fare belle e lunghe passeggiate. Il servizio è buono, con il personale disposto ad accogliere le nostre richieste. I luoghi comuni, un po freddi. Le camere, piccole ma il giusto per soggiornare 1/2 notti max. Purtroppo non attenzionate nella pulizia interna. La colazione è sufficiente, anche se la mancanza del cornetto (briosche) per me è una pecca.

Dopo una lunga camminata da Panarotta, ci ha accolto in questo rifugio un pranzo indimenticabile. Tipico, accurato, raffinato ma sincero, insomma estremamente buono! Cameriere gentilissimo e competente, i gattini furbetti ma simpatici 😉 Ritorneremo sicuramente!! Grazie
