The paella is always excellent, both meat and fish, and is always preceded by a tasty tomato bruschetta offered by the house while you wait (express paella preparation, at least 25 minutes). Historic restaurant. I've known him for 20 years. Try the truly excellent paella!! My favorite version is the Catalan one!! Well executed Spanish cuisine! I haven't tasted their dishes in several years but they are always well made!! Well done!! Taste the really good creme brulee.

A place with good Spanish cuisine in the mountains. The dishes are cooked very well and respect tradition. To try paella you need to book in advance, it's worth it!

06/04/2024: Wonderful place with cuisine always up to par with meat and fish, polite and friendly staff not to mention the very kind owner. Restaurant that I recommend for a lunch/dinner for couples, family and friends.... oops, I forgot now the pizza oven is visible... well done Ettore
