Discovered it absolutely by chance because we had booked a holiday in a nearby village... When we arrived we were immediately conquered by the environment, very elegant and refined. The dinner was very interesting, tasty dishes and good wine, service slightly slow and not very engaging, but overall we were really satisfied

I give it 5 stars, we ate very well and after several days of scams we finally got it in the centre! The place is very nice, we chose from the à la carte menu, the fish first courses were both very good and had the right portions, even the orecchiette with sauce for the little girl were very good, after reading the reviews I wanted to try the caciocavallo with honey and walnuts which I recommend is really delicious (they offer it among the main courses, we took one divided by two as a starter), the frying is also good. After days of stay it is the only place I can recommend

Local just outside the center of Vieste inserted in the Padre Pio residence. Chalet-style setting (but with the swimming pool nearby) and traditional or dishes revisited by the chef with an intense flavour. We happened upon a very quiet evening which perhaps influenced the final judgement

I stayed at the Padre Pio estate for a week and dined every evening at the estate's Donna Maria restaurant. What can I say, a journey into the flavors of Puglia. Excellent food always accompanied by the estate's wine. If I could I would even give 10 stars... wonderful experience!

Ho soggiornato alla tenuta Padre Pio per una settimana e cenato ogni sera al ristorante Donna Maria della tenuta. Che dire, un viaggio nei sapori pugliesi. Cibo ottimo accompagnato sempre dal vino della Tenuta. Se si potesse darei anche 10 stelle.. bellissima esperienza!

Guests of Tenuta Padre Pio, we had the opportunity to taste the mixed fry, I must say very good!!! And a one-of-a-kind aperitif, thank you so much ❤️💖

07/03/2024: For those of us who came to this charming town after hours and on a holiday day, the "I Cavalieri di Malta" restaurant appeared like a mirage but... once inside you are catapulted into a dimension that is sometimes little known. ... Courtesy (with a capital C), Availability (as before), QUALITY, TASTE, variety of products expertly mixed by the very capable hands of the Chef. A separate mention for the staff who seemed more like family members who were concerned with pampering their relatives. I think it is useless to add that we will return even though it takes more than an hour from home. Chapeau.

Ristorante NAUTILUS

06/04/2024: The quality of the fish is excellent, the dishes are very well prepared and quality details and presented very well. I recommend the appetizer tasting.
09/03/2024: Wonderful raw seafood, exceptional hot seafood appetizers and we ate paccheri with monkfish and buffalo stracciato, a poem for the palate. Price slightly above average but the cuisine is worth it, very kind staff, we will be back
