I have been regularly frequenting this restaurant since 2019 and I finally found the time to leave a review: it is the ideal place to eat fresh fish, of excellent quality and deliciously cooked. The place is elegant and minimal, very pleasant, the staff is super professional and the owner, Mr. Franco, is a person who adds to the place the touch of class that a person hopes to find. Friendly and present, his presence, although discreet, is felt and you feel truly at ease. In recent years I have tried practically all the dishes: the mixed fried fish (my absolute favourite!), the magnificent raw platters, the double-cooked octopus, all the appetizers, the fish first courses and I can only say: DELICIOUS. At lunch with friends, excellent service, the owner was very helpful, even agreeing to let us taste a dish not on the menu of the day, then a super fry and super desserts too.

Punto di riferimento per mangiare pesce crudo e molluschi con un buon rapporto qualità prezzi nel torinese, a mio parere. Ormai Franco e brigata sono divenuti il nostro standard per la cucina di mare. Ambiente piccolo ma curato , ottima la carta dei vini con prezzi in linea con il mercato. Personale attento, disponibile e competente. Avendo constatato un ritardo nella preparazione della seconda portata ci hanno portato pane nero, acciughe del cantbrico e burro per compensare l'attesa ( e non è da tutti questo tipo di attenzione). La qualità dei prodotti è ottima, dalle ostriche al salmone, al tonno al pesce cotto. Ho un debole per le orecchiette pane, burro, acciughe,tonno e stracciatella... ma anche gli altri primi sono molto buoni. Da non trascurare la personalizzazione dei plateau se nella proposta c'è qualche prodotto che non aggrada ( ad esempio al posto delle boulot ci hanno proposto delle cozze oppure la tartare di seppia). Se proprio vogliamo trovare un'area di miglioramento è la variazione delle proposte del pesce cucinato che sono ottime ma tendenzialmente sempre le stesse... Locale accogliente e familiare. Servizio eccellente soprattutto la cameriera di sala Elisa che ha seguito il mio tavolo in modo eccellente. Cibo eccellente Simone e Barbara.

Ogni volta che ritorno mi stupisco che non si possano mettere più di 5 stelle, cucina al top e sevizio accurato,impossibile non innamorarsi di questo locale
