My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. The dinner location was exceptional, with the unique feature of housing archaeological excavations inside. We opted for the Primavera menu, which proved to be a delightful journey through exquisite flavors and meticulous preparations. The service was outstanding, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest and taking care of us. Regarding the price, I believe it's honest. I think it is an experience you can indulge in a few times.

I went to this restaurant for a Valentine's Day dinner, the food was excellent, even if the desserts left a little to be desired. the restaurant is well structured even if the entrance is not exactly visible, but there is a bit of mystery. I'm used to eating in restaurants like this, but especially after paying 460 euros, I was very disappointed with the service. We chose the wine tasting, and even though they saw the empty glasses they were not taken away, we found ourselves with 4 empty glasses on the table, the tablecloth with crumbs was only cleaned once we got up. Something like this isn't exactly Michelin-like

Defining the Gellius as a simple restaurant would be truly reductive, and would not give due credit to those who have worked with care and passion to make it a fantastic, unique and valuable place. With its characteristic and incredible peculiarity of being immersed in ancient remains of structures and fortifications from the Roman era, the place makes the already surprising and tasty food and wine experience that the chef and his staff offers wonderful. Impeccable room service with kind and professional staff who provide a description of the courses and wines which further increase the awareness of not just dining but stimulating one's senses. Truly one of a kind, perfect for an occasion to celebrate and to make a particular moment of your life remain indelible over time.

In the heart of Oderzo, Gellius has captured our hearts. Stunning restaurant, elegant and quiet atmosphere. Very kind and attentive staff, available, but with discretion. Delicious dishes of the highest quality. Excellent wine. And then the icing on the cake: the surprise cake for my boyfriend's birthday. It all combined to create a unique and inspiring dining experience.

Amazing restaurant well merited the Michelin star ⭐️ we had great Italian food and the opportunity to discover many new tastes the service was also excellent and the setting is simply beautiful. The service was good up to the level of the cuisine but most importantly the price value with a wine paired menu was really good. Would definitely go there again and would certainly travel to visit.

Un'esperienza culinaria. Due ore di puro piacere sensoriale. Servizio impeccabile, discreto ma sempre attento. L'attenzione al dettaglio nei piatti e nell'abbinamento dei vini, va di pari passo con l'atmosfera che si respira nel locale. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
