We ordered a Carbonara and a seafood pasta. The portions were enormous and the carbonara delicious. Some of the mussels in my pasta were not good. The atmosphere was hectic, lots of people, small tables, felt cramped. The carbonara and the wine were the best ones I have had. The prices were okay.

Josef è un locale informale dove si torna perchè il servizio è cortese ed il cibo è strepitoso Mi sentirei di consigliarlo agli amanti della carne, anche se la pizza che fanno è molto buona, come buoni sembrano i primi che vedo arrivare ai tavoli accanto: io ci vado per la carne e devo dire che è strepitosa. All'ingresso un grande banco stile macelleria mostra i tagli del giorno mentre in alcune vetrine fanno bella mostra di se i tagli in frollatura mentre l'addetto cuoce incessantemente sulla griglia (per fortuna dotata di un'ottimo sistema di aspirazione) Si comincia scegliendo (o facendosi consigliare dall'addetto) il tipo di carne preferito e soprattutto si sceglie il formato: il posto ideale per chi ama gli spessori dei Flinstones.
