Ristorante Le Scuderie In Pisa

Evenings with digey music from the 70s and 80s, I just don't like the fact that they require you to enter only if you eat, and not just a single, fixed menu (€25... it wouldn't be much of a price for music and dinner but I prefer to spend more and honestly I would have preferred a nice plate of porcini or pioppini tagliatelle and a nice grilled fillet and a good wine...total disappointment, small portions I would say "hungry" calling a dish with 2 slices of "MILANESE" salami a Tuscan appetizer "AND TWO OF HUNGARIAN SALAMI!! 2 skimpy pieces of bacon, 1 piece of ham, this too skimpy too...NOOOO I FOUND IT AN OFFENSE TO OUR TYPICAL TUSCAN STARTERS WHICH IS VERY DIFFERENT STUFF...IN CONSISTENCY, VARIETY AND QUALITY AND TASTE, MUCH BETTER..X OTHERWISE WITHOUT THE SHADOW OF A SLICE OF TYPICAL TUSCAN CHEESE WHICH ALSO TASTES OF A SLICE OF TUSCAN PEORINO, THERE WERE NO OLIVES, NO CROSTINI WITH TUSCAN-STYLE LIVER..IN BUSINESS, NOT I SINCERELY RECOMMEND THE IMPOSITION OF ONLY ENTERING IF YOU EAT WOULD BE NOTHING OTHER THAN THAT YOU EAT WHAT THEY WANT AND HOW MUCH THEY WANT.. WHEN I GO OUT IT'S TO FEEL WELL I PREFER TO SPEND MORE AND FEEL BETTER. I find it a significant gap to impose a menu that is the same for all tastes, they are disparate, and the needs of each of us are different but above all there are also personal needs such as, there are vegetarians or celiacs in short they didn't care about anything. , but they make everything in one broth! ,NOO I LIKE IT as we are always a minimum group of 13 or 12 people..we won't go anymore. I really don't think so..Only the digey was good and worth the entry, for the rest I really don't recommend it at least to go to combined evenings...depressing if not humiliating...

All in all a positive experience, very helpful and in many ways friendly staff, despite the presence of many diners

Ottimo posto se si cerca qualcosa di informale, senza pretese nella scelta dei piatti; merita una nota la gentilezza e disponibilità sia del cameriere che ti fa sentire come a casa, con qualche bella battuta nel più tipico spirito toscano, sia del proprietario che se ha la possibilità ti porta nelle scuderie, altrimenti inaccessibili, a vedere dei veri e propri purosangue, consigliatissimo.
