We ate the 'tortei de potato' accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, cranberry jam and so on... perhaps a little too greasy, but that's according to taste.
I cook them too and I can say that they know what they're doing behind the stove!!!
Great lunch!
I also appreciated the work of the staff: very welcoming, playful and organised.
A note also to the bathrooms which are always clean and tidy.

It's the second time I've been to this fantastic Flavon restaurant in Val di Non
(TN). Delicious food with "potato tortel" with cold cuts and cheeses of all kinds, accompanied by delicious salads! Then the desserts: the end of the world!
We will return again with our many friends after visiting another of the many Castles in the Valley!

Hardly a word of English, solo Italiano, we had a delicious meal at Ristorante Pizzaria Centrale. Also the only restaurant in our tiny village 🥰
The waiter gave us the tip to photograph and translate the menu with Google Lens. What a solution!
Lievijn tagliatelle with a deer stew and a dish with the regional product Flavon sausages and I vitello tonato and canederli (a kind of dumplings 🥟) with deer meat.
Of course, a bottle of vino rossi from the region and Lievijn another dessert. A delicious tartufo that was melting in the coffee 🤤

Ristorante pizzeria molto bello disposto su due piani con numerosi tavoli, varietà ampia di piatti molto buoni personale giovane gentile e veloce, molto pulito il locale prezzi nella norma sui 30/35 a testa e possibile all you can eat per un piatto tipico tiramisù super top! Siamo stati fortunati a trovare posto oltre che essere capodanno anche per qualità del cibo.. Consigliato

Camerieri gentilissimi e molto professionali, ottima scelta di birre, buonissimo Tortel di patate, salumi in accompagnamento POCHI ma buoni. Il proprietario-gestore-responsabile è un poco cordiale. Solitamente sta alla cassa
