Rosso Ketchup In Paceco

I almost never eat in sandwich shops/fried shops but every now and then I like to savor the flavors that remind me of adolescence and my land. In this case, I bought a portion of fried panelle, a must in Sicilian street food, but honestly they didn't excite me in terms of flavor besides the fact that they were very heavy (perhaps the worn out oil?) so much so that I couldn't really digest them although I didn't exaggerate. On the other hand, the service and the quality/price ratio are positive, in fact, despite the many orders, behind the counter there is a team of people who work with passion and are well organized and, considering that everything now costs a disproportionate amount, I found it to be appreciated that here they still serve generous portions as one would generally expect in Sicily. As regards the restaurant, however, I must say that it is almost impossible to stay in the room waiting for your turn without getting completely soaked in fried food... I understand that we are in a chip shop (and therefore there cannot be the scent of flowers) but evidently the recirculation of air does not exist. I reserve the right to try something else in the future. For now it's "ni".

Quality of sandwiches didn't meet my expectations. Bread was not fresh, too much fries inside the sandwich and sauce as well for its taste dominate the food more than the filling.

Trovato per caso sulla strada per l’aeroporto di Trapani. Paninoteca semplice ma con sapori genuini. Materie prime di qualità e prezzi eccezionali. Arancine superbe.

Spettacolare! Gentili, pazienti anche con persone che fanno modifice ogni volta come me, veloci nel servizio e simpatici. Rapporto qualità/prezzo totalmente fuori scala darei 6 stelle.

Siamo stati in viaggio a trapani, e questo posto è stato l'unico che dalle recensioni ci ha colpito di più.. E non ci siamo sbagliati. Sicuramente l'ordine è da asporto perché mangiare lì è impossibile,essendo che il negozio è piccolino... Abbiamo ordinato panini semplici, ma erano veramente buoni, abbiamo ordinato una vaschetta di patatine di 2€ che veramente sembrava da 5€ così abbondante che raramente si vedono porzioni di patatine così abbondanti.. Tutto buonissimo..lo consiglio vivamente. Sicuramente se avrò possibilità di stare a trapani andrò li per mangiare

La frittura migliore di tutta la provincia, specialmente le panellle che risultano essere sempre leggere e digeribili. Consiglio assolutamente.
