Salumarina In Rimini

Very nice and individually furnished. The food was delicious and came quickly. Round in taste and with good ingredients. The price was a bit too high for the quantity. It was really just a small snack. Still recommended!🙂

Simpatico ed informale il locale. Ottimo il servizio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, salumi di pesce praticamente simili l'uno all'altro. Forse è più adatto ad una clientela giovanile.

Pleasant surprise in the center of Rimini. The fish salami, thanks to aromas and low temperature cooking, as the manager tells us, acquires flavors similar to those of classic cured meats, but with much less fat. The smoked salmon speck, finocchiona and porchetta are unique and very good. By taking the tasting platter and the piadina platter, accompanied by the mix of excellent fried foods, you can enjoy a pleasant experience. We paired it with a pleasant organic Passerina which definitely suited us. The other thing that is surprising is the decidedly cheap price compared to the quality of the products. Well done!!!

Very nice and unique place. The owner is very precise in displaying their products. I had never heard of piadina with fish and I must say that it wasn't bad 😊

A quiet place in the center of Rimini where you can eat a different stuffed piadina than usual, the sliced ​​seafood, which is a good alternative for those who don't eat meat. I also recommended the place to tourists who came to the Riviera to celebrate New Year's Eve and they were enthusiastic

I give 4 stars but… Attracted by a promotion, my girlfriend and I entered this place. I have passed through Rimini many times but I have never noticed the place, it has always seemed to me like an extension of the theater or later a classic place. I would make myself more noticed by changing the sign and using transversal marketing strategies to make the product discovered. However, this little advice aside, I'm going back to the review. As for the dishes, we took 1 original menu, with Piada Sausage and onion and sardonciccioli, a campagnola and a portion of their chips. I found the campagnola wonderful, while the sausage and onion not very balanced in terms of flavours. The chips were nothing special but I appreciated the effort. The sardonciccioli very good. One thing that puzzled me a little was how by asking for the menu we got a half portion of sardonciccioli even though in theory it should have been a whole portion. I appreciated it but with a hint of bitterness on the tip of the tongue. I will return to try other particular dishes and to better understand the place.

Fermato per sbaglio a mezzogiorno, preso una piadina allo speck di salmone e taleggio, veramente buonissima. Merita una visita per chi passa dal centro di Rimini.
