The milk tea is okay, quite delicious.

The environment and the formula are very nice. Among the various flavor options, for each one it is possible to choose the quantity of sugar, the topping and various additions and whether to drink it cold or hot. Delicious desserts, helpful and friendly staff, very fast service.

i’m an asian girl who used to drink boba tea almost daily … this is legitly one of the nicest boba tea I’ve ever have. the entire shop is enveloped in the scent of tea 😮‍💨😤 also, i saw another comment saying the tea here is expensive - we had tried some other shops in florence and the price is about the same, but the drinks and atmosphere are way better here. keep up the good work!

Very pleasant place to enjoy a more homemade bubble tea than the others in the area. There is a huge variety of choices of both tea and "bubble" to put inside. There are often also excellent desserts to accompany the tea. The furniture is the strong point, relaxing, refined, with the fantastic fat cat mascot. He really invites you to stay and have a chat at the table. Unfortunately there aren't many places inside, on busy days you may have to take away, but it's still worth it.

Amazing spot for some afternoon tea. I stopped by here because I was doing laundry across the street, and I'm really glad I did. I ordered the oolong tea which was delicious and of great quality. It's also a really nice, well-decorated and cute spot to unwind or even do some work. There is free wifi and the employees are very friendly.
