Quality of desserts and coffee excellent, service and relationship with customers not good. To sit at the table to have a coffee you pay 1.80 per person for service which is dirty and without any written or verbal notice. You only find out when you go to the checkout to pay and if I don't have it you ask, they don't issue a receipt.

Excellent pastry shop worth visiting

Excellent pastry shop and bar, good coffee and fresh and varied desserts, large space of indoor and outdoor tables. I recommend making a stop.

There's nothing in this cafe that is bad. It's a locals hangout for a reason. The way it works in busy cafes like this is you approach the cashier and tell them what you want, pay for it, and get a receipt, then approach the bar attendees and give them the receipt and they will get you what you paid for. I got the casatiello (also known as Napolitean bread or pane Napoletano) which is an Easter bread filled with heavenly prosciutto, some cheese, pepper, etc. If you are lucky enough to get them warm they are out of this world.

Always great pastries and great coffee. However, at 1.3 euros, croissants are a little expensive. It often happens that employees don't provide receipts for small amounts or additions.

Soddisfacente ,Grande qualità della pasticceria,gelateria,bene il servizio al banco ,ottimo caffè, con personale sempre sorridente e disponibile,ottima idea dei tavolini in esterno sulla piazza di Bagnoli,da anni punto di riferimento degli abitanti del luogo e zone limitrofe gestita da famiglia che da decenni quindi garanzia di qualità ed esperienza nel settore
