Wonderful, last evening in Sicily and it was the best meal we had here, which is saying something because everything is good in Sicily, exceptional products, a great selection of wine and all the creativity and know-how of the chef, leaving us absolutely in love with his cuisine. Also perfect service, really worth experiencing, we will be back! Well done and thank you

Superb address! We've been looking for a week where to eat sea urchin pasta and we finally found it! Everything was delicious, creative cuisine, Typical and full of flavor. Bravo to the service everything was perfect

An exciting dinner due to the extremely refined and elegant balance of the courses; research, schooling and long experience are evident. The Chef and the Maitre d' in the dining room do not lack happiness in what to all intents and purposes is a moment of care and attention.

An absolutely super place. Select menu; delicious food, fresh, local and beautifully presented. Excellent service, with informed and friendly suggestions for accompanying wine. We were in Palermo for only 3 nights, sadly but we ate there every night and I wish I was back there now!

We have been fortunate to have many excellent meals in Palermo over many years, and now we have a new favorite! We ended up having dinner at Scjabaca twice, as the food and wine were outstanding. The hosts were very skilled, suggested the perfect - and even surprising - wine pairing, and above all are the most friendly and positive people. We will be back for more next time in Palermo!

04/04/2024: Enchanting and peaceful place from a thousand and one nights 😍 I stayed overnight with my husband and my 8 and 14 year old daughters in this enchanting place and we were catapulted back in time. Very spacious room equipped with all comforts. We also had lunch and dinner and everything was truly superb with the tastes of the past. The pizza deserves a special mention with a very light dough and first choice products. The very kind and affectionate staff were able to satisfy all our needs such as an out-of-hours snack for the girls and take-away boxes. Marco Super 💪 The 11th century water well is one of a kind. In working order, it is present in the hall of the structure where you can stop and regenerate yourself with the sound of water. I forgot... There are water dispensers where you can drink very good and fresh water 😍 we will definitely return 😍 for us it was a 10 cum laude holiday immersed in the Madonie park 😍
03/03/2024: Very welcoming and clean place, very professional, polite and helpful staff. We had lunch on a Sunday with friends, ordering from the à la carte menu, everything was excellent, excellent quality ingredients from the starter to the second course... we will be back soon to try the pizza...
