Sfoglia Rina In Bologna

Really great pasta! You have to queue a bit (we were there at 2 p.m. and had to wait about 20 minutes), but everything seems very organized and the service is nice without making you feel stressed. Great menu with weekly specials. In general, care is taken to ensure that vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free pasta fans also find something! The price includes a bottle of water for the table and with the pasta you get a roll and a small side dish.

We went to a sweet place again to eat pasta 🍝, the place was very nice and the taste was very good 🥰 the portions are not too big, take this into consideration, I am sending photos of the ones we tried, the only negative thing was that they forgot to bring the wines our friends ordered, we reminded them but they still did not arrive, this made us sad 😢

I definitely recommend this place! It was recommended to me by a bolognese person. We ate in a few places in Bologna (and ordered the same thing every time - tagliatelle al Ragù) - everywhere they did their own pasta, but I don’t know what they are doing here, the pasta is so tasty! I recommend dining here early (around 17:30-18), before people are starting to come, otherwise you’ll have to wait and usually the queue is pretty long. Their desserts are also special - home made and really tasty!

Amazing food and amazing staff (who remembered us, and were very welcoming)! Family friendly enough to have our 1year old cruise around, and he was never seen as a bother. Opening hours are awesome for families. Eating out with a small child in Italy can be difficult with most places open at 7pm. Sfoglia rina has great opening hours for an early dinner. It can get busy, but only because it’s very good. We were in Bologna for 5nights. We ate here 3 of those 5.

We liked that the pasta was homemade and the prices were fairly reasonable. The portions are manageable. The service was like that... A nice waiter and a service staff rushing back and forth who didn't have a look for the guests. A cooler for wine was not available. When paying by card you are automatically asked how much tip you would like to give.... Whether and how much tip is paid should be completely up to the guest....

I wouldn't say it is worth waiting in line for an hour. The lasagna was ok.

A quick and pleasant lunch in the center of Bologna, cheap and with excellent quality dishes, very kind staff.

Simply heaven fresh pasta…. Yes…the line up was insane. However if you come right when they open, you can easily get a table. Despite being so busy, the food was served very quickly and piping hot. This place runs super efficiently…I had the tagliatinni with broth. My husband had tortilinni in cream cheese sauce. Both simple and amazing. We will be back more as we are staying in Bologna for a few weeks.

This is a very popular pasta shop and eatery along Via Castiglione. Opening hours are 9am to 9pm daily. We passed by around 12pm and found a very long queue outside for those wanting to eat in. If you are doing take-away you can skip this queue and go inside, walk over to the pasta counter for fresh (uncooked) or take-away prepared pasta orders. which is what we did. We tried their lasagna alla bolognese and toretlloni with butter and sage which we took back to our apartment to enjoy there. The lasagna was pretty good, looser in preparation compared to others we ate while in Bologna but still good. The Tortelloni was very good good, nice ricotta filling with the butter and strong sage flavour. It was delicious. Would happily reorder and try other pastas available at Stoglia Rina next time around. Overall, this was a fun pasta experience in Bologna.

Ho preso delle tagliatelle verdi fatte in casa da asporto, da cucinare comodamente a casa, e sono state davvero ottime! Vasta scelta di pasta fresca, personale gentile, prezzi… bolognesi 😅
