Simple, good, managed by Japanese, but the small space sacrifices the setting a bit. I don't understand the point of putting up tatami and then walking on them with shoes. Difficult area to find parking.

Shiro Poporoya arrived in Italy in the 1970s, he opened this grocery store in Milan where he offered his typical Japanese preparations when no one in Italy yet knew sushi, today, almost fifty years later, he still offers his iconic chirashi from behind that counter with the same dedication as always.

Il primo sushi nato a Milano a fine anno settanta, rimane sempre una garanzia!! Oggi pranzo nel locale rinnovato con prezzi leggermente aumentati rispetto a prima di rinnovare il ristorante comunque in linea con tutti gli aumenti degli ultimi 2 anni!! Peccato che non ci sia più il grande Chef Hirokazu!!!!

02/04/2024: I came here with my girlfriend, I absolutely love the place. Service is amazing and one of the reasons I always come back once in a while. The food quality is exceptional and great for a romantic night or celebration. The sushi is absolutely incredible as for the desert. Ambience is amazing. Me and my girlfriend loved it. Would 100% reccomend
21/03/2024: 1 minute walk from the next door hotel, Sheraton Milan San Siro. I had a sushi platter for dinner. As with any country, the sushi is completely different compared to Japanese sushi, but it was quite delicious. Although it was a little expensive at 29 euros for 18 small pieces of nigiri and sushi rolls, The prices are about the same compared to other restaurants around here. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was good, and it was a restaurant that I would come back to again. 14/03/2024: I loved the food and the very efficient service. Very good Uramaki and Brazilian frying and delicious cocktails. I loved the chocolate dessert. Ps. The girls loved the Salmon burritos. The atmosphere is a little noisy.
