Excellent staff especially TATIANA, the girl who is studying Spanish. Hardworking and always happy. My daughter Daniela was delighted. Good breakfast and juices, good location, good value for money.

A friendly welcome and staff! I really recommend this hotel

The location is good in the city of Naples. The reception staff are friendly, however there are some flaws... which for a 4-star Accor hotel make me confused. Bar out of order, breakfast somewhat expensive for the limited offer (for example it is not possible to eat a loaf of bread - only slices). Cleaning service failed to clean on one of the days. Very limited accor gold drink offer.

Very nice hotel in a good location The hotel was probably recently renovated. The rooms look new and very clean. The hotel is very well located. Even though it is on a busy street, you hear relatively little about it because the windows are very well insulated. The people at reception are very friendly and helpful. The fitness is very well equipped and modernly designed. The view from the breakfast room on the 3rd floor is very nice! It is particularly pleasant to enjoy a good shower and lie in bed in a bathrobe after a long city tour. I can only recommend the hotel. The only thing I would complain about is the loud sound (whistling) in the elevator.

The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town and the seaside. The staff is very pleasant and was throughout our stay 3 days 2 nights with a very quiet room overlooking the back of the hotel. 'hotel.

The hotel is located right next to the “Castel Nuovo” and the “Municipio” metro station. The station for the airport bus “Alibus” is also in the immediate vicinity. The "Galleria Umberto I" and "Piazza del Plebiscito" are not far either. You can eat very well in the area. The location is therefore perfect. The staff was noticeably friendly. The nice breakfast terrace offers a view of the "Castell Nuovo".

Good location next to metro and buses. Several restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Very nice staff at reception and at breakfast. Unfortunately no bar or restaurant in the hotel

Venice 03/09/2024 I don't know how to describe this wonderful experience to say the least, I'll start with the staff, from first to last magnificent, super services, perfect cleanliness, the location is close to any site you want to visit, a special thanks to the NCC named Francesco introduced to me by the reception staff, he managed to get me to visit Vesuvius, Pompeii and Sorrento on the same day, tired but happy to have listened to him as he was knowledgeable about everything, there would be many other things to say and I don't want to be heavy handed, one in particular, try it, I recommend it!! Esperienza positiva, ottimo hotel posizione strategica, a piedi in 10 minuti siamo in via Toledo e ai Quartieri spagnoli, fermata Metro fuori dalla struttura, comodissima! Personale gentilissimo disponibile, camera spaziosa pulitissima, colazione favolosa con dolci tipici buonissimi, Spero di tornarci presto
