Sinfonia Pasticceria & Caffè In Genova

Mi serviva una torta per la celebrazione dei 50 anni di mia moglie Laura. Ho telefonato di Venerdì primo pomeriggio. Ho commissionato una bavarese ai tre cioccolati per 15 persone. Dopo due ore la torta era pronta ed era effettivamente un capolavoro di bellezza e bontà.. ho dovuto telefonare il giorno dopo e complimentarmi con il pasticcere.

For me the sweets are among the best in Genoa and not only for their care, quality, originality and variety from single portions to cakes to leavened products... to quality used chocolate... the guys are always kind and helpful, the place is well kept, clean and the price is more than right for what they offer... they are addictive... absolutely worth trying EVERYTHING!-)♡♡

A friend of mine who lives in the area strongly suggested that I go to this café-pastry shop located in Genoa Sturla, about 300 meters from the elegant, refined Gaslini with indoor tables in the small internal room and in summer tables also outdoors overlooking the street. And the choice was right! The pastry chef owners work downstairs and prepare brioches, sweet croissants, pastries and when they are ready they take them up with a very small lift!!! You can have breakfast and they are also open for lunch!! At an internal table I had an excellent coffee and an exceptional hazelnut and pistachio cream, small but delicious and delicious. The barman Paolo is very kind, friendly, welcoming, competent and, despite being alone, manages to satisfy all the customers. They don't do table service but orders are left at the tables and customers then sit down. Really good prices!!!

Un mio amico che vive in zona mi ha caldamente suggerito di andare in questa caffetteria pasticceria situata a Genova Sturla a 300 metri circa dal Gaslini elegante raffinata con tavoli interni nella piccola sala interna ed in estate tavoli anche all’aperto con vista sulla via. E la scelta è stata azzeccata! Al piano di sotto lavorano i proprietari pasticceri che preparano brioches dolci croissants pasticceria pasticcini e quando sono pronti li portano su con un piccolissimo ascensore!!! Si può fare colazione e sono aperti anche a pranzo!! Ho preso in un tavolo interno un ottimo caffè ed un eccezionale cremino nocciola e pistacchio piccolino ma buonissimo squisito. Il barman Paolo gentilissimo cordiale accogliente competente che pur essendo da solo riesce a soddisfare tutti i clienti. Non fanno servizio ai tavoli ma si lascia gli ordini ai tavoli e i clienti poi si siedono. Prezzi veramente buoni!!!&
