I have tried almost all of them, I want to highlight the freshness of their products, all made on the spot, excellent service, they are very quick in preparation from the moment you receive the receipt and have the product. ordered doesn't take more than 15 minutes, I would suggest just a little more to expand the choice of bottled beers but that's fine if you don't have great needs in terms of beer, quite large environment but a little unkept with places to seats which become very limited due to the availability of seats given that it is always full and crowded the tables set up in the mezzanine are too hot due to the heat of the kitchen and the whole environment, good air conditioning wouldn't hurt, in any case Soralba is a place that I recommend to anyone who is in Galatina and wants to have a quick and tasty snack.

What can I say, run by lifelong friends, everything is super good and despite the years passing by the flavor is always the same. I recommend any sandwich, sandwich, pizza... all delicious, there is something for all tastes. They also have a selection of gluten free options.

Sor'alba is a place where we feel at home, among friends! The environment is nice and comfortable, there is a lot of choice between sandwiches and sandwiches, all excellent, the staff is always friendly... you can't help but spend a nice evening! Super recommended!
