I am so impressed!! Beautiful restaurant and delicious food. We had hosomaki, udon, ramen, and even dorayaki <3 I asked to have a dish made vegan and they did. Just lovely. Certainly the best in the valley.

Everything is very clean, including the bathrooms (where they have to remember to put toilet paper a little more often during busy evenings). The environment is sufficiently spacious although the style of furnishings is not what one would expect. The quantities, quality and preparation of the dishes allow you to place normal orders of starter, first course and second course like in any other restaurant. I repeat this because the prices are absolutely high for any type of pocket. So the reason for going to this type of restaurant is strictly qualitative. My test was to test dishes that could also be found in other restaurants in order to compare them: and it was certainly a winner from the basic point of view of the ingredients. The organization of the service can certainly be improved. If anyone is interested, the Japanese staff have a strange accent that almost seems Friulian 😀 Free wifi not tested. Good parking. Staff quite quick to collect orders and deliver them and certainly very friendly. Passed with flying colours, everything was delicious, but not to come too often if your pockets don't allow it, as in my case.
