Spring Sushi In Calcinate

It's quite comfortable when the place isn't full. Saturday evening is a frenzy and the service is insufficient, better to go during the week. A tip for the owners: a smile at the tables from the staff (who do not come from China but Bangladesh, India, Nepal and South East Asia) would be appreciated. Kindness and education are important. If you think this is not the case, change jobs. I would add that after a year the place has worsened in terms of table service and quality (if there ever was any) of the dishes chosen. Wi fi doesn't work. You come in for a relaxing dinner and leave more nervous than before. Yesterday was the last time. Enough.

Even before bringing my celiac partner, I specifically asked if you had 2 separate kitchens and I was told by one of you that you would cook separately for celiacs. Specifically, the last time he took a plate of fried prawns and when asked "has the oil already been used for anyone else?" I was specifically told by one of the staff "no no, it's gluten free". In my case, sorry but it never came out of your mouth that you would not have guaranteed non-contamination. A gluten intolerant person is different from a celiac who can go into anaphylactic shock or, as in the case of my husband, vomit for 2 days and save the rest. I hope at least that in the future you have the foresight not to accept just anyone because diseases like this are difficult to manage. Thank you

One of the really good sushi in the Bolgare area, the only flaw is that you can only see the menu with Cod with a device...

My mom and I (and our dog) are regulars at spring and we can't do without it! We have tried other restaurants, but always come back here. The food is delicious, the fish very fresh, and the fusion proposals are very interesting and delicious (the truffle specials 💯). The owner and her family are always courteous and very nice, we feel at home! PS: on weekends it's better to book, it's often very full!

Ci vado spesso con mia moglie, si può dire che sia uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti. Pesce fresco, ottimi impiattamenti, cordialità , velocità e buona birra cinese. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La simpatia e la disponibilità della proprietaria fanno passare in secondo piano i piccoli nei. La qualità e la bontà dei piatti è fuori discussione e dopo ieri sera posso affermare ancora una volta che spring è il migliore in circolazione Oltre al prezzo ancora umano perché c'è da dire che anche questo aspetto conta! In giro si trovano molti posti con qualità inferiore e non di poco a prezzi superiori Qui no! La qualità è altissima e il prezzo contenuto. Quindi ancora una volta grazie spring e grazie Elisa per la splendida cena di ieri sera ❤️
