I gave a course to my boyfriend for his birthday and Monica was very nice and helpful in making my request a reality. We spent a good two hours with her preparing and learning all the basics of sushi. From cleaning and cutting the fish, to cooking the rice, to preparing the rolls. I would definitely do it again, highly recommended for an alternative afternoon. There is the option to eat at the restaurant or take away what you prepare. Thanks Monica!!

Ristorante Hokkaido

05/04/2024: Tried it for the first time for dinner on a Monday evening. Not at all crowded and with a large and easy to reach car park. The interior is certainly very particular, each room of the venue has a different theme, from the most modern to the most 'street', with many colored lights to illuminate the rooms. The food is really good, fresh and with a very wide variety; I tried combinations here never found elsewhere! The staff is very kind and the waiting times are not long at all: in short, a truly positive experience, worth repeating!
28/03/2024: Environment too dark for my tastes. Food a little too greasy and a little too salty but ultimately good and with good quality ingredients. Impeccable service. Worth keeping in mind 🙂
