11/02/2024: I stumbled upon it by chance with my wife and little daughter. It's been years since I ate such tasty raw fish, you can immediately feel the difference in the raw material. Even the rolls have nothing to do with the ones you eat in pseudo-Japanese restaurants. I highly recommend enjoying the food accompanied by a special and refined cocktail at the same time, the bar tender feels like he knows what he's doing. I got a Green bush because I love basil and ginger. The cocktail went perfectly with the dishes. The place is very beautiful, simple and well-kept, directly on the lake. The owners are very friendly, the girl who serves is very helpful, kind, prepared and never intrusive. It's certainly not cheap but the quality pays off very well. Money well spent, we will be back.
