Excellent sushi with an "all you can eat" formula. Excellent service and welcoming staff, the sushi is of good quality and even the fried foods have an excellent breading. When you see a star next to the dish number on the digital menu, it will indicate that you can only take one dish per person. Advised.

The place is very nice and welcoming and the staff is also ready to give explanations as well as being prepared. As regards the quality of the fish, it is indisputable that it is excellent. Excellent tuna and salmon, as well as very good quality of the meat. As for the menu, it offers many delicious things compared to the many AYCE ones with particular dishes and combinations: I must say that some are risky, others are excellent and others are more show than substance. For example, the scallop carpaccio is so sprinkled with fruit and sauces that in the end the flavor of the fish is not noticeable, but not even remotely so. The ravioli, fried shrimp and all the starters are excellent. The tartars were very good, the uramaki very good. Here too, the uramaki with lobster had a simple taste, I was unable to taste the flavor of the latter... it was lost among the various combinations. The Temaki are delicious and don't get their due recognition but instead are exceptional. Also delicious are the lemon prawns, buckwheat spaghetti (soba) and the many other dishes. In short, there will always be something that will not satisfy your taste, but it is impossible not to like it. Congratulations to the place! Obviously to return.

Il locale è molto carino e accogliente ed anche il personale è pronto a dare spiegazioni oltre ad essere preparato. Per quanto riguarda la qualità del pesce è indiscutibile che sia eccellente. Ottimo tonno e salmone, come anche molto buona la qualità della carne. Per quanto riguarda il menù propone tante cose sfiziose rispetto ai tanti AYCE con pietanze e accostamenti particolari: devo dire che alcuni sono azzardati, altri eccellenti ed altri sono più scena che sostanza. Per esempio il carpaccio di capasanta è talmente irrorato di frutta e salse che alla fine il sapore del pesce non si sente ma nemmeno alla lontana. I ravioli, i gamberi fritti e tutti gli antipasti iniziali sono eccellenti. Buonissime le tartar, molto buoni gli uramaki, Anche qui, gli uramaki con astice avevano un gusto semplice, non sono riuscito a sentire il sapore di quest’ultimo… si perdeva tra i vari accostamenti. Buonissimi i temaki che non hanno il loro giusto riconoscimento e invece sono eccezionali. Buonissimi anche i gamberi al limone, gli spaghetti di grano saraceno (soba) e le altre tante portate. Insomma ci sarà sempre qualcosa che non accontenterà il vostro gusto, ma è impossibile che non possa non piacere. Complimenti al locale! Ovviamente da tornare.

Ordinato da asporto. Informazioni chiare e precise sulle portate scelte (pane giapponese eccezionale). Consegna veloce, contenitori perfetti. Salse e anche una bibita in omaggio. Abbiamo ordinato anche il gelato fritto 😋.
