We booked this pizzeria to spend a Saturday evening with friends.
First of all it must be said that the "reservation" does not reserve the table but only allows you to join the list (obviously first come, first served). After waiting outside for 85 minutes we were seated. The environment is simple and modern. The wait between ordering the fries/pizzas and their actual delivery to the table lasted 30/40 minutes. The fries were really above average. The pizzas were good although some were more "brown" than "blonde" (as the master pizza chef himself would like them to be). Once the meal was over we were asked (politely) to leave as they were "serving the table". The bathrooms, unfortunately, are not clean. However, despite the various false notes, only one of these is UNSUSTAINABLE: the price. Really steep bill.
The taste is there but everything else is lacking...

First time at Sustable. Congratulations first of all for the differentiation of the menu; therefore dedicated for celiacs, vegans and lactose intolerants. Lots of staff in the room, all highly smiling and professional. Tastefully furnished room. Spectacular omelette with broccoli. Pizza chapter; very light dough with just the right amount of salt, the famous staple pizza is good but nothing special, the secret Margherita is far better in my opinion. Prices a little high compared to the competition, obviously I recommend everyone to try this experience at least once.

A little expensive, considering that they are pizzas and for a single salary family it is prohibitive, but about the rest I have nothing to say, everything is excellent.

Pizza eccezionale, locale carino e pieno di gente. Servizio celere (su prenotazione) e prezzo nella media. Noi abbiamo provato la Fiocco che mi è piaciuta tantissimo, la consiglio!

Rinomatissima pizzeria per aver creato come prima la famosa pizza FIOCCO, sperduta nelle stradine di Volla.
Ecco come è andata:
- Ristorante: media grandezza, posti forse un po troppo vicini gli uni agli altri, locale molto caratteristico.
- Servizio: in fase di ordinazione scattante e sul pezzo. per organizzazione di fila e per far sedere ai tavoli un po lento
- Menù: Vasto per tutti i palati con varie pizze anche un po articolate.
- Cibo: Frtitto misto top, le frittatine erano molto saporite e grandi, pizze con ingredienti top. postilla negativa per la pizza fiocco, veramente troppo pesante e tutta quella patata alla lunga stufa.
- Prezzo e Consigli finali: prezzi medi, qualità ottima. peccato per l'attesa anche se avevamo prenotato e siamo arrivati puntuali ci hanno fatto aspettare più di un'ora. pizze tutte al top però con la fiocco sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. troppo pesante. ci devo ritornare per provare altre pizze e se mai dividere la fiocco con altri.
