The formula is simple all-you-can-eat pizza for €15 per person. I think that for the true Italian it is a real pleasure 😂 and it includes an entree of mixed fried foods and a bottle of water, a beer and a carbonated drink and finally a fabulous dessert "pizza with Nutella". The environment is informal, also suitable for medium groups but upon reservation. The service is adequate for the type of location and the owner, in addition to acting as an expert pizza chef, welcomes with a smile full of those who want to do their job well but above all to satisfy their customers as best as possible. The pizza dough and toppings were excellent but in the end some pizzas had an extremely black bottom with soot from the wood-fired oven, black chimney sweep hands and even the taste was affected by the bitterness. The pizzas were not burnt just blackened.. The rest very good

Okay, what do I tell you to do? It is one of the very few pizzerias that I can consider top. Top because: the all you can eat formula is managed with a regulation (which is no small thing nowadays) and therefore you are prepared for what awaits you. Needless to say, people have little to complain about. Top because: the dough is studied. Erica puts passion and commitment into it, and you can feel this: the pizza is soft and crunchy, the toppings good and healthy. A rarity nowadays: a combination of art and culinary knowledge. So: book and go because "everyone is good with words, but with facts I know better" as they say.

I've been there many times and have always had a great time. The pinsa is very good and the restaurant uses the all-you-can-eat policy on food and drinks (just order a drink every time you finish a round of pinsas), friendly and present service and the very nice and simple environment . Excellent for spending an evening with friends or family. Advised.

Posticino tranquillo accompagnato dalla tranquillità del personale, mi è piaciuto moltissimo sia da mangiare che la cortesia della titolare, pinsa romana buonissima impasto leggero e condita bene, fritti buonissimi con quei supli cacio e pepe che mamma mia li ho dovuti ri ordinare anche fuori menù, per concludere pizza con la nutella, che dire consigliatissimo, ci ho fatto 200 km tra andata e ritorno e lo rifarei.

Una pizzeria sui generis, più un locale di assaggio e condivisione, curato nei dettagli, che offre un esperienza culinaria più che la classica uscita in pizzeria. Con la panatura dei fritti è possibile costruire una nuova hall of fame
