Sore point...I had been to the Testone in Via Settevalli, I order the Torto al Testo Chic d'Acero, 10/10 and perhaps, sublime...I repeat the same order at the Testone di Ellera, 2 poor points, only truffle sauce...Pancetta more than a little, soggy and not crunchy... but order the Nutella cake with small slices and barely a hint of Nutella, almost never arrived... Excellent chicken.

You can eat very well in a very beautiful environment. The Torta al testo is exceptional. Parking adjacent to the venue. I highly recommend trying this place. Excellent prices with six euros you can eat a stuffed text cake with a drink.

Tutto molto buono, servizio veloce e comoda la modalità di ordine alla cassa, per non perdere tempo ad aspettare che qualcuno prenda la comanda. Unica pecca è che alla fine non è cosi economico come sembra se si vuole mangiare sul serio.

Cucina umbra un pò troppo standardizzata. La torta al testo è buona ma non è la migliore. I prezzi sono decisamente alti. Buono nel menu carne, il resto di fascia media. Strategia di servizio un pò scomoda visti ormai i costi non più proporzionati ai tempi pre covid. Ambiente angusto e internamente troppo caldo. Servizio normale.

Abbiamo colto l'occasione del tagliando della nostra Ducati provando a pranzo il testone e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! Tagliata di pollo con erbette di campo e bruschette molto buone.. c'è stato un malinteso in ordinazione ma la ragazza in sala ha gestito la situazione in maniera impeccabile offrendoci i caffè e le bruschette, complimenti tutto buono e brava! Torneremo sicuramente

24/03/2024: I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful accommodation facility with my family. Very kind staff and beautiful rooms, not to mention the dinner which was truly special, traditional dishes but of excellent quality and unique flavours. I highly recommend the experience.

11/02/2024: The best homemade food restaurant where I have eaten here in Italy. A little hidden place, without advertising, on a road that goes towards Spoleto, from Terni. The lady (owner) of the restaurant attended to us in a very friendly manner, satisfying all our needs because my wife had celiac disease and was a vegetarian. We ate a good hand-cut ham, bruschetta al tartufo, incredible homemade Suppli 🫢!!! Gluten-free Tagliatella with truffle was delicious, but especially the fresh vegetables they brought us were brutal!!!! Sautéed chicory, stewed and fried artichokes, a true delight. Flavors I had forgotten. Desserts also homemade with chocolate and pear cake, tiramisu. Really cheap bill for the level of products we ate. The restaurant makes everything in house and by hand from the pasta to the desserts. A discovery. See you in November God willing.
