Nice welcome from the waiter who, seeing us outside undecided whether to enter or leave, came forward and praised the cuisine, top pizza chef, compliments on a clean plate with a nice floured ✋ Ps. Give him a nice wood-fired oven

Vicino alla funicolare, pizza buona, ma lunghissimi tempi di attesa anche se sono passate le 14.30 sia per sedersi che per ordinare che poi per ricevere la pizza. Ottima pizza fritta, un sorriso in piu del personale non sarebbe sgradito....

Posizione super all’uscita della funicolare e all’inizio della pedonale. Siamo arrivati a fine servizio per un pranzo in sei senza aver prenotato. Servizio molto cortese, ho mangiato pizza fritta ottima, ho assaggiato gnocchi alla sorrentina anche quelli super. Anche gli altri erano soddisfatti della qualità del cibo. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo

Na bezoek met funiculaire en vermoeiende tocht niet lang naar lokatie gezocht. Gezellig terrasje op terugweg naar vertrekpunt. We hadden insalata di bufala en piatto rustico napoletano. Dit laatste was salami, bol buratta, rondje ricotta, een napolitaans (hard)gebak met noten, rucola en olijven. Niet echt mijn ding. Voor alle zekerheid had ik ook frieten besteld!

08/03/2024: Dinner at the “Pizza e Buon” restaurant in Santa Maria la Carità was an overall delicious experience. The appetizer with omelettes and montanara opened the appetite magnificently, presenting authentic flavors and impeccable preparation. The three pizzas ordered – raw, cherry tomatoes, rocket and flakes; a classic margherita with chips; and a specialty with confit cherry tomatoes and provolone del monaco – demonstrated the mastery of the pizza chef and the freshness of the ingredients. The pizza with raw ham was a triumph of well-balanced flavours, while the one with provolone del monaco stood out for its aromatic richness. The only flaw of the evening was the margherita with chips, which unfortunately was slightly burnt. However, this small hiccup didn't detract from the overall experience, which remains worthy of a solid 4 out of 5 star rating.

04/04/2024: A certainty and one of the very first vegan realities in the center of the city! This year I ordered their products for Easter, although I made several requests for the pastiera (including not adding candied fruit), they satisfied me in every way and were very kind. I can only recommend their Casatiello, which is phenomenal: we all licked our chops in the family, vegans and otherwise!
