Every time I'm in Budrio for work I go to eat at Canaletti. It is the sincere tavern, where you eat and drink well. The food is great, the carts wonderful. But how nice to immerse yourself in this environment of other times. You are special.

Ate very well, dishes once boiled, fantastic desserts, even more so, very kind and customer-focused staff, I would recommend a nice renovation of the rooms

Typical Bolognese cuisine very easy going but with simple but quality dishes, the boss is very friendly, the waiter is a little agitated and finally the bill is a little salty in my opinion

If you want to go back in time this is the right place. Great dishes from the past. On the carts I read comments against HYGIENE. It used to be like this and no one ever died. Typicality and quality. For me they are also available and friendly. Maybe, if I have to find a little note dear. I will definitely come back.

Pino's star does not enhance the simplicity of Trattoria i Canaletti. Business lunch on Friday booked but very slow in service. No menu presented and the waiter didn't seem to want to repeat the dishes of the day. I asked for the appetizer from the trolley here Trolleys are going around with boiled, roasted, cured meats and desserts. The trolleys are beautiful to look at but in my opinion we are at the limit of hygiene. The waiter gets the timing wrong. The starters arrived before, biblical times. Entered at 12.30pm and left at 3.00pm. the raw materials are excellent, the dishes are simple but good, the service and the organisation, I don't like the bill, not like a restaurant, 120 euros for 2. I wasn't satisfied even though I must admit that everything was good but tradition must be safeguarded but adapted to our times. I would review the organization for a moment if you want to stay on those figures. I would update the trolley distribution system making it more hygienic and less open, more protected. In short, the place and the service do not deserve the product, yes. It has the menu, read it before enter.

In questa trattoria é un tripudio di carrelli. Si inizia con il carrello dei salumi e altro. É un tripudio di salami prosciutto ciccioli e chi più ne ha ne metta. Si passa ai primi della tradizione per poi passare al principe dei carrelli,bolliti e arrosti dove c'è di tutto e di più. Per finire c'è il carrello dei dolci. Che dire se non TUTTO BUONO. Prezzo onesto,personale gentile e cortese. Bravi tutti continuate così,se torno a Bologna questo sarà il mio ristorante del cuore

Tradizione centrata. Prodotti ottimi. Io personalmente ho preso i passatelli ed erano buonissimi. Il brodo leggero e profumato. Servizio puntuale e personale attento e simpatico. Lo consiglio veramente
