Location rated 10, worth seeing, we were not satisfied with the food, the reviews spoke of good quantity and quality, in my opinion just enough, non-existent service let's say the bare minimum, not recommended if you want to eat well.

In the center of Lucca we had dinner in a place that is difficult to describe, but deserves to be experienced. At the entrance you are greeted by a mat where it is not written "Welcome", but is cut in the shape of a coffin with a cross. The theme of the venue is Dark to which is added the presence of many penises in all possible sizes and materials. Ubaldo makes us sit at a glass table supported by a coffin and then our eyes are lost in looking at the thousands of objects hanging in the room. But anyone who thinks that all this is to the detriment of the quality and particularity of the food is greatly mistaken. The menu is full of typical Lucchese dishes with portions that to define generous is an understatement. We let the staff advise us and we didn't regret it, all washed down with good "fucking wine". The evening went great with Ubaldo and the staff entertaining the guests from table to table. Compliments! We will come back to visit you.

My goodness, what a fucking place, but I mean in a positive sense, I found myself in a characteristic and benevolent place, above all due to the immense influence of the owner, Lord Ubaldo, who, if you read this message, I would like to tell you that you are a person of great humility and great kindness and I thank you for the selfie you offered, I hope one day to set foot in your beautiful place again. Absolutely particular restaurant, where the "dark" theme of death recurs but above all that of the phallic element, present in every shape, size, dimension and position! But, first of all, you can eat very well at a fair price. Whatever you decide to get, you will be fully satisfied. It's a shame not to have met Ubaldo: all the more reason to go back again.

Great restaurant, lovely staff who served you with a smile and happy to talk you through the menu if your Italian is not so great without making you feel silly. The food was amazing I loved mine completely the taste was divine. We tried their own IPA brew which was cloudy and slightly fruity but very nice and would have again although it is €6 a bottle so be careful if drinking lots. The decor of the restaurant is eccentric with lots of penis shaped items including the condiments holders, with macabre items also blending in but unless easily offended you will find them more comical than erotic. If I had one critique it would be that as restaurant was full the 2 waitresses although smiling had their hands full trying to keep everybody not having large gaps of no service, but on the other hand they were not rushing you to leave either. We will definitely be back.

How refreshing when things are done both well and a little differently. The theme here is maybe not for everyone, but the focus is definitely on the friendliest and best service along with truly delicious food. We loved it, my conservative aunt was quickly won round with the immediate charm of the owner and his colleagues their dedication to make sure we were looked after and fed was the best we experienced in Lucca. Please go, the food is excellent, the experience fun and the hospitality is probably the best I’ve had anywhere.
