The restaurant is located in a delightful corner immersed in the countryside. We arrived without booking, following Google reviews. The place appears rustic but well-kept, we had lunch outside in a small courtyard under a splendid wisteria pergola. The trio of fettunta, the bruschetta with wild boar livers and mushrooms are excellent and the house wine is equally excellent. The homemade cantucci with vin santo are memorable, along with the smile and kindness of the service. You made us feel good!

Ottimo ristorante. Ambiente rustico e accogliente. Cucina verace toscana con tante specialità da provare. Tutto buonissimo: antipasti, primi, fiorentina alla brace, e dolci davvero deliziosi. Servizio veloce e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la qualità del cibo. Sicuramente da ritornarci in estate per godersi anche la vista.

25/03/2024: Sunday lunch with relatives and friends: a wonderful experience of taste and quality! Also highly recommended for their kindness, friendliness and professionalism!
23/03/2024: Traction cuisine, plentiful, homemade and delicious! This restaurant has accompanied me since my childhood; it is a historic restaurant in the Florentine hills that has never left me disappointed. I recommend going there during the summer because you will be able to enjoy their truly delightful outdoor space. The ingredients are top quality and, if you ask, they also offer gluten-free options. :)

06/04/2024: Ordered panino bollito (beef) and panino lampredotto (cow’s stomach). Very tender and chewy. Boss gave us extra lampredotto as he missed our order. Went 15 minutes before its opening hour and managed to beat the long queue that quickly formed afterwards. Cash only payment in the morning.
05/04/2024: A place with meat sandwiches and simple sandwiches. Not the most comfortable place to relax and eat, but the variety was good with a decent price. I got there around 3pm (they close at 4pm) so I only managed to try the panino with roast beef, their most famous meat. Flavour was fantastic with the special green sauce made from celery garlic and carrot. It was €2.50 for a small one, great price for a quick bite while exploring the area!
