I found the cuisine of this restaurant extraordinary, their tagliatelle bolognese is killer, I'm ready to go back to Bologna just to try the other dishes! The staff is very friendly and explains the dishes in detail.

Absolutely merits its excellent reputation. Interesting menu selection. Good prices for the high quality. Friendly service. Our party of six enjoyed a variety of antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolci. Everyone was very satisfied. House wine was tasty and a great value at 12€. When in doubt, go with the pasta special! The straccetti with asparagus and sausage was outstanding.

It is certainly a somewhat special place with a very original owner. The dinner was excellent, with dishes and products that are not found every day. You can sense the passion that is put into the work. I got the idea that it is a place where they try to avoid mass tourism and, coming from a tourist place, this choice, assuming I'm not wrong, finds my complete understanding. If you are lucky enough to be able to sit down or book, given that it is a small restaurant, it is worth it.

Authentic Italian restaurant in Bologna Very clean and deep tasty, of course all dishes I ordered absolutely delicious, there is no doubt. The owner is very friendly and also knowledgable for wine. We’ve been with walk-in, strongly recommend! ❤️

Came for lunch right at opening, I was fine without a reservation. The waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu and her recommendations. The owner also came by and was super friendly. The ragù was perfect, fresh pasta and delicious sauce. I would definitely return for a dinner.

Exceptional food and kindness, not to be missed

Ristorante molto carino, arredamento minimal un po’ radical chic (che ostenta di fregarsene delle mode…) il proprietario finge un dispiacere degno di nota di una sit come come un posto al sole ogni volta che qualcuno chiama e chiede per un posto (disponibile solo per il 2024..) abbiamo quindi optato per un walking in approfittandone della dipartita di una coppia di Coreani.. lui ci ha opportunamente puntualizzato che non poteva ASSOLUTAMENTE tenerci il posto neanche per 10 minuti (il tempo di bere un bicchiere in enoteca adiacente, vabbè ) assaggiamo l’anti pasto e nulla da eccepire. I primi, tortellini ripieni di zucca da orgasmo a seguire tagliatelle … che non erano così sensazionali come la faraona e le polpettine a seguire.. insomma un servizio come se ti stesse facendo un favore ed una cucina che sembra più tirarsela che fare effettivamente piatti gourmet come decantato dai 1000 adesivi alla porta … un consiglio : non adagiarsi sugli allori ed essere più simpatici e disponibili con i clienti

Entri e capisci che sarà un'esperienza di cucina vera . Locale semplice come semplice lo sono i piatti proposti , che poi sono quelli più buoni perchè senti i sapori che non vengono stravolti da intingoli e salse. Il tosone con la pancetta è delicato e saporito nel contempo ! Insalta fredda di cappone , veramente ottima e frasca. Tagliatelle al ragù di prosciutto , da assaggiare . Un buon vino della casa . Dolci : torta al cioccolato senza farina , sembra stucchevole invece senti i sapore del cioccolato ! Ottimo in sorbetto al rosmarino e zenzero ! Lo staff , poi cordiale e presnete !
