Lo scalino per entrare è sintomatico per me: si sale di livello nella cucina cinese. Nella prima sala si trova il fresco (pesce, verdure, ecc) e qualche specialità/antipasto, giusto per aumentare l'appetito. A tavola servono i tablet con le foto delle portate, per comodità nell'ordinare, ma non rendono l'idea del sapore. Feng, il proprietario, sa cosa mi piace e consiglia sempre bene, anche per qualche piatto appena inserito nel menu, quindi cedo a lui il tablet. Adoro il branzino stufato, il taro, l'agnello al pepe e mio figlio si fa riempire il piatto di spiedini. Famiglia, amici o clienti è sempre una festa. Il ristorante è pulito e il personale è gentile e a me piace assaggiare un po di tutto. Vedo spesso clienti cinesi mangiare le lumache e penso che la prossima volta (presto)...

Small restaurant on the outskirts of China Town. The furnishings are very spartan. To order, they bring you a tablet where there is a very large menu with classic Chinese dishes that are not found everywhere and also a selection of skewers. We tried several dishes and they were all truly exceptional and with strong flavours. All dishes were very fresh and tasty. Furthermore the staff is very kind and helpful.
