Local located in the historic center of Modena with almost zero parking possibilities. The place is small in size so the seating spaces are quite narrow. As for the cuisine, having long believed that great cuisine can be recognized by the simplest dishes, I greatly appreciated the tagliatelle with peas and bacon; Also worth noting are the stewed rabbit and the baked potatoes, which may seem banal, but they don't "shine" everywhere. I had read some slightly critical reviews which I must categorically deny because I found everything excellent including the service and the place. The price and the quality. Furthermore, the portions are generous. Trio of super first courses with delicious gramigna. Delicious ribs and potatoes accompanied by tigelle cured meats and fried gnocco. I'll be back for sure. I highly recommend it

Characteristic place in an alley in the center, narrow spaces between the tables, attentive and courteous service, recommended main dish, tasty first courses.... I would return with pleasure.

An exceptional dinner to say the least! we ordered fried dumplings and tigelle with stracchino, lard and various cured meats as a starter (all delicious) and two second courses: tartare and meatballs with cream cheese and peas (I have no words to describe them because they are truly sublime). Really friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ristorante tipico e particolarmente rinomato situato in centro a Modena. L’ambiente é informale, semplice, unica sala con tavoli molto vicini tra di loro…é una situazione abbastanza conviviale che rispecchia perfettamente il luogo. I camerieri sono gentili, rapidi e sbrigativi, quasi delle “macchine” sotto certi punti di vista. Essendo una buona tavolata abbiamo tutti optato per il menù degustazione numero uno: siamo rimasti soddisfatti della qualità dell’offerta proposta, i vini ottimi, gnocchi e tigelle pure! I dolci completamente bocciati, sembravano quasi degli “avanzi” più che delle fette vere e proprie. La vera nota dolente rimane il servizio: una volta ordinate le degustazioni sono arrivati i piatti uno dietro l’altro senza un minimo di pausa, questo ci ha costretto a mangiare con un ritmo molto sostenuto….il tutto condito da un clima di “finito? Andiamo avanti? Porto questo? Quanti caffè? Amari? “ ecc…. Una certa pressa ! Il prezzo invece in linea con quanto offerto. Nonostante l’esperienza non totalmente positiva rimane un ristorante da provare per chi visita Modena

Al momento è un posto che va di moda, quindi va assolutamente prenotato (e non è facile neppure farlo) e serve la cena in due turni. Debbo dire che essendo andati al primo turno non ci siamo sentiti "pressati", il servizio è stato effettuato con i tempi giusti. Lo spazio è veramente esiguo ed anche i tavoli sono molto piccoli, non c'è quasi posto per appoggiare i piatti. Però c'è atmosfera, è un locale per giovani, allegro ma senza troppa confusione. Il menù è legato al territorio, per cui gnocco, tigelle col lardo, salumi e altre preparazioni tradizionali, in complesso buone nella loro normalità. Prezzi medi, servizio gentile anche se di fretta.
