Having seen the cassoela festival in Cantu, my friends and I decided to try the one from the trattoria La Scaletta, I must say that they make it really well, they leave the cabbage cooked just right and not overcooked as they do in other places in the area and the rinds are tasty. and not heavy. My advice is to go there.

Having returned to this elegant restaurant for its quality, I can confirm that it is always of a high standard. You can eat well in a welcoming environment where the not exaggerated size makes it not too crowded but instead quiet and pleasant. Last night I ate the typical "cazoeùla", trowel in Italian, with friends. It was really good.

Luciano è uno chef bravissimo, gentilissimo e anche con grande passione e competenza anche in campo enologico. Con sua moglie, figlia e figlio specializzato in dolci crea un team d eccezione! Sempre un successo! Complimenti! Un luogo che consiglio assolutamente!

Serata tra amici, locale a due passi da casa e devo dire che ha confermato le aspettative. Da rivedere forse solo i dolci, che però ritengo ad un appassionato del settore alla pasticceria sicula partenopea e piemontese, difficilmente accontenti ;-)

27/02/2024: The bread is very good, with a large variety of sweet and savory options. The dark chocolate chiacchiere are really good, it's a shame that they only produce them during this period. Very kind and friendly staff. Congratulations to all. Claudio.
20/02/2024: As soon as I entered, the delicious smell of bread (and many other baked products) struck me warmly, creating the atmosphere of the shop which was very welcoming and like home. The welcome from the very serene and smiling seller, putting me at ease immediately. I will certainly return as soon as possible, thanks above all to the hot, soft and delicious pizza that I happily savored on my walk, becoming curious about the other products available inside.
