Si sceglie il locale su indicazioni di TA per recensioni buone. È mia abitudine recensire a tutto tondo. Il locale si presenta vetusto e poco accogliente arredato da una cozzaglia di oggetti messi li' a caso ( il senso di un lampadario in stile Murano in una trattoria rustica Toscana o un pargolo d'angelo appeso ad un soffitto ecc.,,) creando un ambiente confuso. Il servizio si presenta nei tempi giusti. La scelta del menù è caduta su un antipasto della casa caratterizzata da una polenta fredda e secca, salumi non saprei se industriali o "artigianali e da un formaggio che invece è piaciuto molto. Un antipasto seguito dalla carne che ammetto molto buona sia per cottura che al palato per la sua tenerezza. Il vino scelto al calice non pervenuto ( presentato come un blend Sangiovese- Merlot )Il prezzo nel suo complesso caro . Giudizio finale con tre pallini solo per la carne.
