We have been going to Triticum for many years now, given my allergy to gluten and here you can find the goodness of God, pizza, fried foods, bread, chips and lots of it. Other. Secure and large private parking, impeccable service, we had to eat quickly and in an hour we ate a starter, steak, gluten-free pizza, beer and a good coffee, I must say as usual, an excellent experience and we will be back. They also told me that they will open another store in the Boccea Torrevecchia area near Niccolò Cusano where they will have a totally gluten-free pizzeria and ice cream shop, I can't wait to try that too and I will also take my allergic daughter there too.

Spacious place but still very crowded... Really good pizza and fried food...the flavors offered on the pizza menu are delicious.. not enough parking for all customers but just go a little beyond the place and you will find it....

Sono stato a cena con gli amici della palestra che frequento e siamo stati accolti in una sala a noi dedicata in quanto eravamo in 25. Il servizio è stato ottimo ed il giro pizza abbondante e vario tanto che ad un certo punto della serata ho consigliato al cameriere di non portare altro perché eravamo sazissimi. Bevande senza limiti ed infine anche la pizza con la cioccolata. Mi è piaciuto molto. Anche il prezzo pagato è stato giusto

Sono rimasta stupita! Non mi aspettavo di mangiare così bene, dai fritti praticamente perfetti, ottime le bruschette così come il tagliere. Pizza romana, quindi molto sottile e molto buona e dolci ottimi. Fa cucina espressa, quindi la freschezza del cibo si sente, mio figlio che è celiaco e’ rimasto veramente soddisfatto! Super consigliato
