31/03/2024: Incredible experience, a search for tastes and combinations that I didn't think possible. Passion, research and innovation are the right words to define this restaurant. I appreciated the discovery of new flavors and new ingredients with the kindness and constant presence of the staff who allowed us to experience not a dinner but a real culinary experience.
