Spello è forse il più bel paese dell'Umbria. In questo contesto, in un centro storico meraviglioso, con fiori e verde ovunque, l'offerta turistica e gastronomica per un veloce pranzo durante la visita è veramente variegata. Questo piccolo locale ci ha attirato per l'eleganza dei tavoli e il nome: vinosofia. Sicuramente la scelta del vino sarebbe stata ampia. E così è stato. Buone bruschette, ottima scelta nel piatto dei formaggi e soprattutto gran competenza nel farci scegliere il calice di accompagnamento. Bravi! Conto in linea con il contesto e la qualità del cibo offerto.

We wanted to give a bottle of good local wine to our friends from Civitavecchia, we entered and the owners were taking advantage of a quiet moment to eat. We said we would return later but he very kindly wanted to serve us. He immediately understood our friends' tastes from our description and in 5 minutes he found a perfect wine for them. All very welcoming, the food portions a little too small though. The choice of wines is good and the help that Mrs. Brenda offers in pairing the chosen dishes is welcome. The owners are both kind and well-disposed and in general the place is pleasant and well-kept.
