Yoshi Ramen In Bologna

The ramen is awesome, definitely worth coming back for that!

Given that I am not a lover or expert of ramen, I think this place can be appreciated by those who love this cuisine. The portions of ramen are very generous and are enough to leave the restaurant more than full. Prices vary from 12 to 17 euros. I recommend the spicy tonkotsu, very tasty and tasty. Simple Tonkotsu, on the other hand, is quite bland and becomes nauseating after a few spoonfuls. The gyoza are not worth the €6 price, they are not particularly good, while the Bao are highly recommended. Truly exquisite. The environment is characteristic, well-kept and clean.

Ramen with pork broth is spectacular stuff. Really top. You would eat it until your liver cells ran out, because it is actually good but "substantial". I like to eat it with the addition of bacon and egg: this way, in my opinion, it reaches perfection.

It is a strange place. The food was good, not the best ramen ever, but for sure, decent. Although the food was served as in a fast food chain. Although the place "pretends" to be quite posh
