The best fish of all the all you ca eat restaurants tried in Perugia (that is, all or almost all of them). Superior quality. I recommend the shrimp with truffle sauce.

Excellent food cooked on the grill.. with the all you can hit formula you have no quantity limits.. even if I'm not a fan of sushi I ate really well... The waiter Santo is really a very nice guy but also a good advisor

13/02/2024: Sicuramente il ristorante lavora molto in quanto si trova all'interno di un resort che lavora molto bene. Nel complesso però devo dire che l'esperienza culinaria non ci ha soddisfatto del tutto. Antipasto: sformato di zucca, patate e cipolla con patate completamente crude. Risoni come primo anch'essi indietro di cottura. Agnello molto buono così come anche da sottolineare un'ottima carta dei vini (favorita dalla condivisione con il ristorante stellato adiacente).
23/01/2024: Excellent restaurant inside the resort, elegant, refined and romantic, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, the menu offers traditional dishes and typical local products, all accompanied by an infinite choice of wines, we enjoyed a selection of cheeses and one of Umbrian cured meats, as a first course, red gnocchi with pecorino and cabbage fondue, cappellacci with parmesan and truffle fondue, as a second course, braised beef and breaded lamb, all accompanied with a glass of red wine, to close a dessert and a coffee, we were very satisfied, as always! the price is appropriate for the place, the quality of the food and the service, Recommended.

Ristorante Pizzeria al Maneggio

26/03/2024: Very large, informal environment, with a very broad menu that ranges from starters, first courses, second courses to a choice of pizzas. Fast, courteous service. Place to have nice meals.
26/03/2024: Very welcoming and nice place, as soon as you park you see the stables with the horses or (depending on the time) the galloping horses simply fantastic, excellent food, impeccable service 10 praise, excellent pizza too, highly recommended!
