Zenzero Cibo e Perditempo In Follonica

The plating and flavor are as excellent as the quality of the products. I expected to spend a little less but that's okay because even the ending with the two homemade desserts left me satisfied and full. One flaw was the bread, I was also expecting the one made by them and with ancient grain flours. For the rest everything perfect.

Arriviamo per cena, ordiniamo due impepate di cozze, ottime senza dubbio, del vino della casa bianco fermo buono ( i 2 calici di grandezza diversa???) e acqua, passiamo a due primi al granchio blu ottimi, ma il granchio era tipo Rita Pavone deliziosi (senza pinze però un casino a mangiarle e senza salviette dedicate), prendiamo un tiramisù e una crema mascarpone, unica differenza i biscotti poco bagnati nel primo e niente nel secondo ( in ciottola sbeccuncellata, anche no), sapore ottimo, in conclusioni poco attenzione al servizio (niente è scontato) il tutto a 72€ ottimo direi!

Very nice and secluded location suitable for romantic dinners with friends or family. The service is in the hands of a "one man band" and is quick, kind and pleasant. Good cuisine, both meat with excellent cuts and fish, with a varied but not excessive and dispersive menu. You have to go there if you are in Follonica and surrounding areas...

Siamo state a cena io ed un'amica in questo bellissimo locale, raffinato ed arredato con gusto. Ottima parmigiana di gamberi e burrata. Le tagliatelle al granchio blu erano profumate e deliziose. Ottima anche la frittura. Crema al mascarpone delicata e perfetta. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatte sentire a casa ed il servizio impeccabile. Prezzi adeguati all'eccellente qualità delle pietanze. Consigliatissimo perché quí il cibo lo accarezzano.

Private and quiet location, excellent service but, above all, particular but truly excellent dishes. Super recommended!!!!
