I ate last night with the new experience formula which provides 12 dishes per person for 29 euros. Unfortunately the formula is not really open as they call it because some dishes have an extra 2 euros. The place is certainly beautiful and very well looked after. However, the tables are very small in size and also not great in terms of comfort, I am 185cm tall and I ate half bent over with my legs touching the table. The service was good although you have to say that a smile or a little more availability wouldn't have gone amiss, it seemed to annoy the waitress. The food, however, was undoubtedly very good: the incredible sashimi and nigiri with a truly high quality of fish. The rice was also cooked well and of the right type. The bao and tacos are good, very tasty. I didn't appreciate either the tartare or the maki because they were prepared with too much rice which covered the flavours. I would also add that if there is a limit of 12 dishes it makes no sense to use all this rice. As for the formula with 12 dishes, one is quite full, fortunately I "stole" two from my partner who was already full and therefore I was more than satisfied. Definitely good and of quality, overall experience would be a 4.5 but I give 5 on trust, hoping for better "atmosphere" and comfort during dinner

I had the pleasure of having dinner in this restaurant tonight, very nice and modern environment, very good food, I'm only sorry about the service, I found a girl who was not very helpful with customers and who looked rather annoyed. Overall a good experience.

Grande attenzione al cliente e qualità elevata. Sono stato attirato in questo ristorante dalle oltremodo positive recensioni... ma la realtà è ancora meglio! Una menzione per la qualità del cibo e per il sevizio attento e flessibile, di tutto per stare a proprio agio.

Non siamo a livello Giappone,ma per un momento sembra di stare nel sol Levante complimenti ottima cucina cinque stelle meritate,sono ritornato è la qualità è sempre alta favoloso

Ho recentemente visitato questo ristorante sushi e purtroppo non sono rimasto molto colpito dalla mia esperienza complessiva. Decidendo di sedermi fuori, ho trovato le sedie piuttosto scomode. La location esterna sembrava carina, ma purtroppo era circondata da una strada trafficata, con un continuo via vai di macchine che rendeva l'ambiente piuttosto rumoroso. Il servizio non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Sia l'ordine che il tempo di attesa sono stati molto lenti, e purtroppo il mio piatto è stato sbagliato. Nonostante il ristorante non fosse particolarmente affollato, questo errore è stato un inconveniente che avrebbe potuto essere evitato. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, personalmente consiglierei di optare per l'ordinazione alla carta anziché per combinazioni di sushi predefinite. Tuttavia, devo ammettere che il salmone era delizioso e di buona qualità. In generale, potrebbero esserci altre opzioni di combinazioni di sushi che si adattano meglio ai gusti personali. In conclusione, la mia esperienza complessiva al ristorante sushi è stata deludente. Mentre il cibo ha avuto i suoi momenti positivi, non è stato sufficiente a compensare i problemi riscontrati con il servizio e l'ambiente circostante.
