The newly opened sushi bar in the newly renovated square is a restaurant and a bar. The decoration and environment are very good. Hot tea is provided before the meal, which is very friendly in the cold winter. In the summer, it should be very comfortable to sit in the square and drink.

After drinking wine a few times in the afternoon - the wine selection is careful and of the best quality - I finally decided to try the food in the evening. First of all, the food is of very high quality, everything is fresh and beautifully presented. However, I still think the value for money is a bit excessive because I went home hungry, despite the fairly high bill. But the concept of the restaurant is to create unique taste delights, and not all you can eat, I understand that. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, but far too bright for my taste, especially the lights above the row of tables with the bench are pointless in my opinion. It also bothered me that the employees were walking around openly with their private phones, even when there was little going on, but please keep that hidden... I would perhaps serve 2 slices of bread with the tuna tartare. All in all, I had a nice evening, I'm happy to come again. thanks for that

Piatti buoni e presentati con cura ed attenzione al particolare. Location accogliente ed illuminazione soft. Preferibili i posti a sedere classici e non gli sgabelli alti.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das neu eröffnete asiatisch-japanische Sushi-Restaurant zu besuchen. Das Lokal verspricht nicht nur Exklusivität, sondern liefert auch ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist einladend und anspruchsvoll. Das hochwertige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Interieur schafft eine perfekte Kulisse für ein perfektes Dinner. Das Lokal, obwohl eher klein, strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, die sich ideal für ein exklusives Abendessen eignet. Die Speisekarte beeindruckt mit einer breiten Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Gerichte sind nicht nur optisch ansprechend, sondern auch geschmacklich sehr gut - eine tolle Kombination von frischen Zutaten, die sorgfältig ausgewählt und sehr schön präsentiert wurden. Was das Sushi-Restaurant zusätzlich von anderen abhebt, ist die umfassende Auswahl an Weinen, insbesondere südtiroler Weine. Insgesamt kann ich das Sushi-Restaurant jedem weiterempfehlen. Für Liebhaber von exquisiter, japanischer Küche und einer stilvollen Atmosphäre ist dieses Lokal definitiv ein Muss.
