Such lovely and helpful staff. Needed to get authentic but last minute pizza plus an individual one for a pregnant lady and they definitely ticked all our requirements. Well spoken English too and very friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here 👌

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This place was recommended to us by our tour director. We were in a hurry between touring the Duomo and the Ufuzzi. We got quick service and split a sausage and artichoke pizza. No complaints and enjoyed our meal.

19/03/2024: Drink at the café bonísimo place, excellent service, the guys are friendly, impecable police, I'll be back again
10/03/2024: Very good food, excellent croissants and cappuccinos/coffees. The bar is also located in a good area in front of the Santa Maria Novella station. I had a very good time with the staff and impeccable hygiene. They also make delicious fresh flatbreads with a wide choice of fillings
