I discovered this splendid venue on the occasion of the 25th wedding of a family friend. What can I say, “A casa de lu Martinu” come truly pampered! The place is an old trattoria that has left room for a new, yet modern, reality, from the reinterpretation of the place to the proposal of the dishes, made with high quality raw materials treated in such a way as to enhance the flavours, in which there is space to innovate, as they use filtered sea water to add flavor and create a new sensorial experience at the same time. Simply fantastic, I had never understood this before, an exceptional experience that I highly recommend! The staff is very professional and kind, and is also helpful in understanding the preparation of the dishes. We were welcomed with care and elegance in a relaxing and warm environment. I can only recommend this beautiful reality.

Professionalism, availability and kindness characterized my 70th birthday dinner at "A casa tu Martinu 'in Taviano. Esperienza piacevolissima, agrumeto molto curato, davvero un giardino delizioso. Servizio garbato e piatti gradevoli. Elemento top la location, davvero preziosa, si respira un'atmosfera sospesa e rilassata, in una corte-giardino splendidamente curata.

The quality does not justify the price

Sono stato in questo ristorante diverse volte negli anni trovandomi bene, l'ultima nel 2018 e purtroppo non ero rimasto soddisfatto, ma quest'anno complice un invito ci sono tornato. Locale leggermente rinnovato ma che mantiene una certa tipicità nella struttura che fa piacere, la nuova gestione "etica" punta su un menù a base di pietanze cucinate con acqua marina anziché il sale, il risultato sono piatti molto cari e non entusiasmanti, la virata al moderno esclude quello che era una volta questo locale ovvero un punto di riferimento per la cucina tipica, il menù dematerializzato, lo shot di acqua salata e la mancanza di buona parte dei piatti a base di pesce ( ore 21.30) fanno si che l'esperienza non valga il prezzo. richiesto. Attenderò una nuova gestione per tornarci.

Ristorante immerso in un bel giardino. Si mangia bene, tutti i piatti sono preparati utilizzando acqua marina filtrata e depurata. Servizio veloce e prezzo adeguato
