Very pleasant lunch with my mother 'A Corte' at Pino and Augusta's. Very comfortable environment, the managers immediately capture you with their strong passion and rare simplicity at the same time. We ate really well: bruschettas; Fucking Sabines; grilled meat with kebabs, coriander sausages, pork and veal chops; broccoli; panna cotta with berries and chocolate flan; water and house red wine (good!). Random discovery, it turned out to be a hidden gem. The food was exquisite, home-made and genuine cuisine with local ingredients. The Fregnacce alla Sabina are delicious, as are the homemade ragù and the Arrosticini. We took three first courses, two side dishes, a second course, water and two coffees and spent €58. I would happily stay here again.
