Large car park overlooking Viola Park, the garden seems to be from Comisso. Excellent environment, friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent, the Tuscan crostini, the first courses are good, the ribollita is very good, the pizza is as you expect to eat it, soft and tasty. The desserts are excellent, for me the zuccotto prevails. Now we have to go back for lunch to taste the meat, which I'm told is excellent. Also give the price online. Con una regia magistrale, nota solo a chi conosce l’arte della ristorazione, è avvenuta giovedì scorso l’inaugurazione di Borgo Saccardi, di fatto un nuovo ristorante specializzato in carni, pur senza abbandonare le tipicità Toscane come gli spaghetti all’arrabbiata o carrettiera. Una serata magnifica con tanti invitati, personaggi importanti e bellissime signore. Manicaretti preparati espressi in bella vista e serviti da uno staff di ragazzi e ragazze del mestiere. Il locale totalmente rinnovato nei minimi dettagli, ha fatto da cornice al tutto. Un banco di salumi da sogno, vini pregiati di ogni tipo, polenta fritta con sugo, tortelli e ravioli per concludere con una sapida carne cotta alla perfezione. Mi sembra di vedere la mano di Mastro Andrea insieme alla gentilezza e ospitalità dei titolari. Voto massimo

Ennesimo cambio gestione in un locale che non ha mai dato buoni profitti.Rivisto e un po’ al meglio dell’altra gestione .Menù non definito e mi spiego meglio: pizza,carne e pesce,sarebbe meglio specializzarsi in uno dei tre ed essere più esclusivi così diventa né carne né pesce e poi la carne andrebbe cotta nella brace di legno non di carbone. Detto questo antipasto tagliere con i soliti formaggi trasudati,fette di salame e finocchiona girate a mezzo e qualche fettina di prosciutto sopra.2 crostini con il solito patè e pomodori.Tagliatelle di funghi con spolverata di prezzemolo stile anni 80 anche no.Carne niente di eccellente , come in tanti altri posti Dolci senza anima , prezzo ragionevole ma ci mancherebbe fosse anche caro!
